NOS undertakes to provide protection to customers' personal data, in such a way that it collects only necessary, basic data about customers / users that are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract; regularly gives customers choices about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All NOS employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Collection and use of information
NOS values ​​and protects your privacy. In the process of realizing the requested service and for providing notifications and information related to your purchase or other service, we will only use the information that you voluntarily give us. We undertake not to sell, transfer or give this information to a third party in a way that is not specified in this statement.

Registration
In order to make a reservation or send an inquiry on these Internet pages, the user first registers by filling out the registration questionnaire. During registration, the user is asked for contact information (such as name and e-mail address, residential address, phone number). This information is used to get in touch with the user when answering questions asked on our website and to ensure the user's privacy when checking the status of the reservation and entering or changing data. The user can send an inquiry without data and only with a correctly entered email address.

Reservation
When reserving goods or other services that we offer on these pages, we will ask for the personal information of the holder of the reservation (such as name, address, contact phone number, etc.). These data will be used exclusively for the realization of the service. Payment data (such as the card number, etc.) are specially recorded and will be available only to banks, i.e. card companies for the purpose of payment authorization, unavailable data to the NOS company and available only to the authorized company for collecting such data (PayWay of Hrvatski Telekom).

IP addresses to analyze trends, maintain websites, track user movements and gather broader demographic data. IP addresses are not linked to any personal data that can be used to identify an individual.

Availability of Information
Collected demographic data will be available to our media partners, professionals and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal data with the help of which an individual can be identified. We may partner with a third party to provide special services. Only when the user signs up for these services, names or other contact information necessary to provide said services will be available to the third party. The third party is not allowed to use personal data except for the purpose of providing the specified services.

The privacy policy applies to all user personal data that we collect and process, directly or through our partners.

Personal data is any data relating to a natural person whose identity has been determined or can be determined, directly or indirectly.

Data processing is any action performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, inspection and transfer of personal data.

Purpose of data collection:

Product sales and service – to process your sales, configure and service your product

NOS will collect personal data, sales and service information as well as customer history information when you purchase, service or repair a product purchased from us, including warranty and verification claims, and will use it to provide the services you have requested and notify you of related issues. with your product and the fulfillment of the concluded contract.

Providing personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the concluded contract is a contractual obligation, and if you do not provide it, it may affect the correct execution of the contract or even make it impossible.

Customer support and marketing – to answer inquiries and provide news and offers

NOS collects personal data and can use it to provide customers with support, answers to inquiries and complaints, and to assess which news and offers are most likely to interest you and to contact you regarding these offers in accordance with your interests.

Video surveillance - to control entrances and exits from work rooms and spaces and to reduce the exposure of workers to the risk of robbery, burglary, violence, theft and similar events at work or in connection with work.

Transfer to third parties

Personal data may be transferred to third parties, provided that there is a legal basis for the transfer.

Your personal data may be transferred to the following entities :

1.) For the implementation of the contract for the delivery of goods, we will share the data with distribution service providers with whom we cooperate and have signed contracts. When delivering goods or services, the provider of distribution services may ask the user for a personal document for inspection and/or record certain data from the document. If the user is not willing to submit such information necessary for the delivery of the package, i.e. proof of the orderer, the service or goods will not be able to be performed or delivered.

2.) To service providers of authorized services when advertising products under warranty or at the user's request due to malfunction or impossibility of using the product for any of the user's important reasons.

3.) Sponsors of prize contests in the process of handing over prizes to the user. If the user does not want NOS to share data with sponsors for the purpose of awarding a possible prize, we advise the user not to participate in such activities both in the store and on the NOS website.

4.) State institutions that request data for inspection due to some third-party processing of the same or the need to exercise NOS rights due to non-compliance with the contract on the provision of services.

5.) The company Mailchimp, which professionally deals with the automated sending of advertising messages

How long we keep your data:

We store and process personal data only as long as it is necessary for the execution of a certain legitimate purpose, unless the applicable regulations provide for a longer storage period for a particular purpose, and at least for the duration of the contract between the user and NOS.

In case of giving consent for marketing, we keep the data for as long as the consent is withdrawn. In the case of rejected offers, where consent for marketing has not been given, we keep the data related to the offer for one year, and in case you ask us to delete it, it will be deleted immediately.

Personal data that is no longer needed is either irretrievably anonymized or securely destroyed.

Web shop:

Access to the demo.qrprodajniasistent.hr web shop is possible with or without registration.

When registering a natural person on the website demo.qrprodajniasistent.hr, we ask you for certain personal data such as name and surname, email address, residential address, telephone number, sometimes date of birth in order to provide various benefits. When registering, the customer accesses his database on the NOS webshop, which includes several benefits (loyalty program and collection of points, support in the form of keeping accounts, warranty cards, etc. in case the customer loses them...)

When shopping on demo.qrprodajniasistent.hr without registration, we collect data that is necessary for the delivery of the purchased goods, and the said data is stored for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

The user of our website can choose whether he wants to receive promotional messages or not by pressing the confirmation field, regardless of whether he has registered on the site or not.

Providing personal data is the decision of the user who may or may not use the benefits of our company. If the user decides not to provide the data necessary for a certain activity, it will not be possible to carry it out.

The data that the user provides during registration are stored on the webshop server (Hetzner), and in the business program, the employees of that department have access to the codes for accessing the business program.

You can deactivate your registration at any time by selecting the deactivation field. In that case, the data will be stored in the web shop system as long as there is a need to fulfill a legitimate purpose, and at least for the duration of the contract between the user and NOS.

We recommend our users to combine uppercase, lowercase letters and a number when creating a password for the user account so that the password itself is more sophisticated and harder to crack. We, as a company, hereby inform our customers that we do not store or process credit card data, as well as any data of this type, on our pages, but on the protected pages of HT (payWay), where everything is done via encryption, and to us as a company, these data are not visible in their original form. You, as a user, can decide to leave data permanently on pages that are used for billing, but that data is not on our servers or within our software. We advise you to read how these sites process and record this type of your data.

Where personal data is stored:

All data is stored on several media:

- Data for promotional purposes: on the NOS account and the leased part of the mailchimp page (email address of the user...)

- Data of the user as a customer: - on the website of the web shop demo.qrprodajniasistent.hr, which is located on the leased part of the company that provides space on the web named Hetzner GMBH

- in the business program Luceed of the company Tomsoft doo, and on the local server NOS, to which only certain employees of the company and the authorized server maintenance company Signon doo have access

- the ZAMMAD program in the ticketing system - the data remains permanently recorded on a server named Ticketing Server within the NOS network, to which NOS employees have access.

- the ClickVox program in the telephone exchange of the company Vox Diverse doo - the data remains recorded in the message for a maximum of one year on the server of the telephone exchange within the NOS network.

- data related to warranty and complaints in the form of photos or videos of products, complaint receipts and correspondence in case of legal processes are stored on the rented accounts on OneDrive.

-surveillance camera recordings- on the video surveillance server within the NOS network.

NOS maintains local servers in the Republic of Croatia at the premises of NOS.

Access and modification of data:

The user, at any time, has the possibility of accessing his data stored on the Internet, where he can revise, change and delete them. All changes made on the website will be recorded within the business program itself with a delay of 24 hours.

The customer ie the user can at any time get information about what data NOS has stored by sending a query to the email address  info@nos.hr .

We will only be able to provide feedback to your inquiry if the inquiry was sent from an active email that is recorded in our business software with correct information in the email (name and surname, phone number of the user requesting information) in order to protect you from the possibility of exposing your personal data to a third party.

The right to forget the user's personal data:

The user has the right to request the deletion of personal data at any time. This can be done by sending a request to the email address  info@nos.hr  and the data will be deleted without delay, unless there is a legal obligation to keep said data, a legitimate interest and a basis for exercising your legal rights.

We will only be able to provide Feedback at your request if the inquiry is sent from an active email that is recorded in our business software with correct information in the email (name and surname, phone number of the user requesting information) in order to protect you from the possibility of exposing your personal data to a third party.

Right to object:

If, despite all the measures taken to protect personal data, you believe that you have grounds for a complaint, please contact the email address  info@nos.hr . In addition to reporting to us, you can also submit a report to the Personal Data Protection Agency.

Security measures for the protection of personal data:

The collected data is protected in electronic form with an SSL certificate that encrypts the data and thus ensures that the communication between the user's computer and NOS takes place using a secure protocol without the possibility of third parties viewing the data. We take data protection seriously and employ all advanced technologies to keep your data protected. We implement all reasonable measures to protect data, but we cannot guarantee the protection of information transmitted to or from the Internet and therefore we are not responsible for information received in such a way by a third party. NOS stores data within the EU and only exceptionally outside the EU.

The NOS privacy statement can be changed at any time by publishing the revised privacy text on the NOS website. We hereby invite users to periodically review this statement, where new changes will be indicated if there were any in the previous period. If the user does not agree with this privacy statement, we instruct the user to leave, not access and not use the site demo.qrprodajniasistent.hr. The change in the privacy statement takes effect immediately after its publication on the website demo.qrprodajniasistent.hr. The continued use of the site by the user after the changes come into force, implies that the user confirms and accepts the amended privacy statement.
